Lomi Lomi is a deep relaxing massage that is rhythmical, much like a beautiful dance. Therapists use their body weight coming from their center so it is easy to give deep pressure without as much effort.
We also study other forms of therapy using Hawaiian rock salt hot packs and salt scrubs.
The Hawaiian way of problem solving is called Hooponopono. It involves loving communication and forgiveness of others and self.
We take an herb walk in a lush tropical valley and learn some applications for Hawaiian herbal remedies that we find there.
Using fresh coconut and lime juices, plus herbs, we learn how to cleanse the body of toxins and aid in intestinal health and balance for better digestion and elimination.

Tuition is $1500. A deposit of $700 is required to reserve your space at the retreat. Your deposit is not refundable and is due when you submit your application.
Please bring three bath towels, two sets of sheets, oil and three pillows.
